Article III. General Requirements
Section 13.03.0318 Unlawful to Dispose of Sewage
- Except as authorized by this chapter, no person may dispose of sewage, water-carried wastes or polluted waters.
- Sanitary sewage is disposed of only into a sanitary or combined sewer with proper payment of all fees and charges therefor, or to an authorized on-site sewage disposal system.
- Industrial process wastewater and non-contact cooling water is disposed of only into a sanitary or combined sewer, or other sewer or place approved by the Wastewater Director, with proper payment of all fees and charges therefor.
