Section 13.03.0616 Eligibility for Side Sewer Permit
A side sewer permit is issued only to a person or business having a current state general contractor’s license or the appropriate specialty contractor’s license, or a bona fide property owner constructing a side sewer at the place of residence who furnishes reasonable proof of ownership.
