Section 13.03.0622 Sewer Construction Regulations
- The Director of the Development Services Center prepares and updates “Regulations Governing Sewer Construction in the City of Spokane.”

- Copies of the regulations may be obtained from the Engineering Services Director, or it can be located on the City of Spokane website.
- The regulations contain specifications relative to materials, construction, procedure, inspection, backfilling and responsibilities in sewer installations. The permissibility of specific installations not fully covered by the regulations, General Special Provisions, or Design Standards and Standard Plans are determined by the Wastewater Superintendent at the time of occurrence in accordance with the spirit and purpose of the regulations.
- Revision of or addition to the regulations may be made by the Engineering Services Director as specified in SMC 13.03.0902.
