Section 13.03.0630 Excavation and Cleaning
- Any expenses incurred by the City for excavation, cleaning or inspecting public sewers by demand of the sewer user shall be the responsibility of the property owner, agent, occupant or other requesting party unless the inspector determines the problem was caused by a public sewer.
- All expense and liability for loss or damage for cleaning, repairing and maintenance of a side sewer or a private sewer from the building drain to the public sewer shall be the responsibility of the property owner, agent, occupant or other requesting party, jointly and severally.
