Section 13.03.0632 Construction Plans – Private Pump Station
A person desiring to construct a private pump station intended to be connected with or discharged into any sewer must, before beginning work, file with the Department of Engineering Services two copies of plans, specifications, design calculations and any other information deemed necessary by the Director of Engineering Services. Said plans, specifications and design calculations, or copies thereof, are filed with the Department of Engineering Services and Wastewater Superintendent.
