Section 13.03.0902 Rates and Regulations
- Rates and charges for sewer service are established by resolution of the city council, as provided in SMC 8.02.071.
- Construction and connection fees are set forth in SMC 8.02.037, except that the director of engineering services determines the terms and conditions of connection of properties outside the City limits, as provided in Article IX of this chapter, and computes special connection charges, as provided in Article VII of this chapter.
- The director has the authority to fix a schedule of charges for items and services not otherwise provided for and to promulgate rules and regulations as required for proper operation of the City’s sewerage system.
