Article X. Administrative Provisions
Section 13.03.0916 Penalty
- Any person who violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter, or who counsels, aids or abets any such violation or failure to comply is subject to penalty as provided in SMC 1.02.950 in addition to any other remedy provided in this chapter.
- Noncompliance after expiration of a time specified in any notice authorized in this chapter is a separate violation for each notice.

- Each day of a continuing violation constitutes a separate and additional violation.
- Annually, the Wastewater Director causes to be published in a newspaper of general circulation a list of parties who have received a notice of violation of the wastewater pretreatment program.
- In all cases of violation of the wastewater pretreatment program restitution of damages, cost and expense is required.
