Section 13.03.1003 Purpose and Allocation
It is the intent of the City Council that the revenues from service charges be allocated into revenues for collection of wastewater (sewerage collection service) and revenues for treatment and other non-collection services of wastewater. All revenues are for operation of a public wastewater collection and treatment system.
