Article XI. Rates
Section 13.03.1108 “Domestic Service Charge”
“Domestic service charge” means charges applied to users of the wastewater treatment system for:
- the cost to the City of Spokane attributed to:
- accounting services,
- local debts services,
- taxes,
- billing, and
- account collection
for providing sewerage service; and
- system improvements,
each to be divided by the approximate number of municipal sewer service accounts of users. The amount is set forth in SMC 13.03.1004.
