Article XI. Rates
Section 13.03.1116 “Discharge”
“Discharge” means the quantity of wastewater, sewerage or other liquid material released into the sewage system of the City of Spokane as determined by:
- constant metering by the City of Spokane of actual wastewater flow from a specific property; or
- water consumption at a specific property as determined by actual metering of water supply from all sources; or
- subsection (B) of this section, as adjusted for sanitary usage by employees and/or consumptive water uses determined not to contribute wastewater loading to the sewage collection and treatment system as measured by methods approved by the director.
