Article XI. Rates
Section 13.03.1302 City Water Supplied – Commercial, Industrial Users
Commercial and industrial users which derive their water supply solely from the water system of the City of Spokane shall be charged by volume of flow based upon either City water meter readings, approved wastewater flow monitoring equipment, or by such other method as shall be approved by the Wastewater Director.
