Section 13.03.1304 Other Water Supply Sources – Commercial, Industrial Users
Commercial and industrial users which derive all or part of their water supply from wells or sources other than the City of Spokane shall be charged by volume of wastewater flow based upon either readings from City-approved water meters, approved wastewater flow monitoring equipment or other methods approved by the Wastewater Director.
