Section 13.03.1306 Flow Monitoring
Commercial and industrial users which derive all or part of the wastewater from product concentration, moisture condensation, foundation drains, yard drains or other nonmetered sources shall install approved wastewater flow monitoring equipment upon notice given by the Wastewater Director.
