Section 13.03.1318 May Order Additional Monitoring
The Wastewater Director may order installation and maintenance, at the user’s expense, of wastewater flow monitoring equipment and proportional flow sampling equipment where wastewater loading cannot be reasonably determined. The City of Spokane shall be given complete access to all such equipment.
