Article XI. Rates
Section 13.03.190 Persons Subject to Sewer User Charges
Every person to whom service is furnished by the sewage collection and treatment system of the City of Spokane, and every person to whom such service is available by said system of sewerage, as determined by the Wastewater Director or applicable laws or regulations, shall be charged for such service on the basis set forth herein.
