Section 13.09.100 Temporary Suspension of Some Qualification Criteria during COVID-19 Pandemic Response
From the effective date of this section until December 31, 2021 applicants shall not be required to satisfy the criteria listed in SMC 13.09.030(C) or (D), to allow for greater flexibility in awarding assistance during the COVID-19 pandemic.
