Chapter 16A.05 Stopping, Standing, Parking, and Loading Regulations
Section 16A.05.020 Alley - Loading
- No person shall stop, stand, or park a vehicle in any alley except for the purpose of, and while actually and actively engaged in, the expeditious loading and unloading of commodities, and where there is a driver willing to move the same, and in instances only for a period not to exceed thirty consecutive minutes.
- No person shall stop, stand, or park a vehicle so as to prevent the free passage of other vehicles through an alley except upon written permission by the Parking Manager.
