Section 16A.05.290 Parallel Parking
- No person shall stop, stand, or park a vehicle upon a roadway other than with the wheels parallel to and within twelve inches of the curb or as close as practicable to the edge of the shoulder.
- No person shall stop, stand, or park a vehicle upon a public right-of-way other than with the direction of authorized traffic movement.
