Chapter 17D.020 Financial Guarantees
Section 17D.020.020 Form of Guarantee
- Performance guarantees shall be in the form of a surety bond, cash deposit, savings account assignment, letter of credit or other suitable security as approved by the city attorney. The form and content of all performance guarantees must be approved by the city attorney.
- Performance/warranty retainers shall be in the form of a cash deposit, savings account assignment or letter of credit. The form and content of all performance/warranty retainers, and any other documents referenced in this chapter, must be approved by the city attorney.
