Section 17D.020.050 Supplemental Administrative Costs
- In addition to the financial guarantee and any consultation fees under SMC 17D.020.040, the applicant shall post a nonrefundable cash deposit with the City as follows:

- This nonrefundable cash deposit will be used to cover the City’s expenses of administering and, if necessary, obtaining and using the proceeds of the financial guarantee.
