Section 17E.050.310 Adoption by Reference
The City of Spokane adopts the following forms for use in carrying out the local SEPA procedures. These forms may be amended administratively provided there is concurrency between the City of Spokane, Spokane County, Spokane Regional Health District, and Spokane County Air Pollution Control Authority.
- Spokane Environmental Checklist.
- Spokane Adoption Notice.
- Spokane Determination of Nonsignificance (DNS/ Optional DNS).
- Spokane Determination of Significance and Scoping Notice (DS).
- Spokane Notice of Assumption of Lead Agency Status.
- Spokane Notice of Action.
See Appendix C for samples of MDNS, supplements, and addendums forms not adopted by this chapter that serve for example purposes only.
