Chapter 17F.040 Building Code

Section 17F.040.090 Deferred Submittals

1. The building official may allow deferred submittals and authorize building construction concurrent with and/or prior to completion of plan review upon the following conditions:

1. 1. Approval of a site plan;

1. 2. Approval of a basic plan and concept;

1. 3. Approval of a deferred submittal agreement;

1. 4. Approval of all groundwork; and

1. 5. Payment of the additional deferred submittal permit fees.

2. The owner is required to have an authorized representative at the site available at all times to the department to oversee the project and to insure that no work is accomplished without prior approval of the department.
