Chapter 17G.070 Planned Unit Developments
Section 17G.070.115 Plan and Code Conformance
- Purpose.
To allow a planned unit development to produce a more desirable and economically efficient development that generally conforms to the policies of adopted plans and the purposes of the PUD section by allowing modifications of the development standards.
- Design Standards.

- The proposed approach should achieve a more efficient, aesthetic, functional development and be compatible with the surrounding area, while remaining within the overall desired housing density ranges and land area coverage standards. (P).

- The development should consider the incorporation of opportunities to conserve energy or utilize alternative energy sources. (C).

- The proposed development shall be designed to encourage economy and efficiency in the provision and maintenance of utilities and transportation routes and in the provision of quality affordable housing. (R)
