Article I. Sick Leave

Section 03.04.010 Sick Leave Accrual
  1. Permanent, full-time employees accrue cumulative sick leave with pay at the rate established by collective bargaining agreement.
  1. Permanent, part-time employees accrue sick leave pro rata based on actual hours paid.
  1. Other employees subject to the provisions of collective bargaining agreements accrue sick leave as provided in the current applicable agreement.
