Section 04.02.070 Rules and Regulations

 

The City has authority to promulgate rules and regulations, develop administrative procedures and do all things necessary to effectuate the purposes of SMC 4.02.060 through SMC 4.02.220. Any Public Rule shall be adopted pursuant to Chapter 03.14 of the Spokane Municipal Code.
