Article II. Special Revenue Funds
Section 07.08.111 Employment and Training Funds
Special Revenue Funds.
There is established one or more special revenue funds to be known as “employment and training special revenue funds”. Into these funds shall be placed all federal funds received for which the City shall be responsible for the carrying out of approved programs. Such funds are transferred from the agency funds set forth in SMC 7.08.804. Any expenditures from these funds for the City’s own projects shall be upon regular budget authorization and order of the city council.
