Article II. Special Revenue Funds

Section 07.08.117 Criminal Justice Assistance Fund

  1. There is established in the City treasury a special revenue fund to be known as the “criminal justice assistance fund” to be used for the receipt and accounting of all funds to be received by the City pursuant to chapter 1, Laws of 1990, 2nd ex. sess.
     
  2. Moneys in this fund may be expended for criminal justice purposes only but may not be used to replace or supplant funds budgeted as of July 1, 1990.
