Chapter 07.08 Funds

Article II. Special Revenue Funds

Section 07.08.138 Trial Court Improvement Fund

  1. There is established a special revenue fund to be known as the “trial court improvement fund.”
     
  2. The city treasurer shall make a quarterly deposit of funds to the trial court improvement fund in an amount equal to that received quarterly from the state for the judges of the municipal court.
     
  3. Moneys in the fund shall only be used to fund improvements to the municipal court’s staffing, programs, facilities or services, as appropriated from time to time by the city council.
     
  4. Interest earned on funds in the trial court improvement fund shall accrue to the fund.
