Article II. Special Revenue Funds

Section 07.08.143 HOME Program Grant Fund

  1. There is created in the City treasury a special revenue fund known as the "HOME Program grant fund," into which is deposited all money received by the City under the U.S. department of housing and urban development HOME Grant Program.
     
  2. Money in this fund is disbursed under approved agreements in accordance with federal program regulations.
