Article II. Special Revenue Funds

Section 07.08.152 Historic Preservation Incentives Fund

  1. There is established a special revenue fund to be known as the “historic preservation incentives fund” into which shall be deposited funds received by the city in payment for demolition permits.

  2. Money in this fund shall be disbursed on the recommendation of the city’s historic preservation officer, and pursuant to an historic preservation incentive program established by the historic landmarks commission and approved by the city council by ordinance.
