Article V. Enterprise Funds

Section 07.08.403 Solid Waste Fund

  1. There is established the “solid waste fund of the City”.

  2. All receipts for the collection and disposal of garbage and refuse, received by the solid waste collection and disposal departments shall be deposited with the city treasurer and become a part of the solid waste fund.

  3. All the expenses and expenditures relating to solid waste collection department and solid waste disposal department shall be paid from the solid waste fund.

  4. The city council may also provide for additional revenues to be paid into such fund from time to time from any available funds of the City.
