Chapter 07.17 City-Wide Six-Year Capital Improvement Program

Section 07.17.010 Annual Adoption of a City-Wide Six-Year Capital Improvement Program
  1. The city council shall adopt on an annual basis a City-wide Six-Year Capital Improvement Program.
  1. The City-wide Six-Year Capital Improvement Program shall be developed by City staff with the City plan commission reviewing the program and making a recommendation regarding consistency with the City’s Comprehensive Plan as described in SMC 17G.020.060 (L) and (M).
  1. A draft of the City-wide Six-Year Capital Improvement Program shall be presented to the city council each year with the City’s draft budget (typically in August of each year) so that the city council can incorporate the planning and financing of capital facilities in the adoption of the annual budget and the program.
