  1. The application fees for new projects are as follows:

  1. The fee for presubmittal review is five hundred fifty-five dollars.

  2. The fee for a shoreline exemption is five hundred fifty-five dollars.

  3. The fee for a permit amendment is eighty percent of the fee under this schedule.

  4. The fee should accompany the formal application for a permit or amendment.
