Article II. Collection

Section 13.02.0304 Vacancies – Changes in Service Needs

 

  1. A customer may request that service be halted temporarily when the premises are vacant.
  1. The department must receive at least three (3) business days’ advance notice.
  1. Service suspensions for less than fourteen (14) days are not granted.
  1. Customers are further required to notify Spokane 311, the city’s centralized customer service center, of any changes in service needs.
  1. No credit will be issued for failure to notify the department of vacancies or changes in service needs. Consideration may be made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the director or their designee.
