Section 13.02.0304 Vacancies – Changes in Service Needs
- A customer may request that service be halted temporarily when the premises are vacant.
- The department must receive at least three (3) business days’ advance notice.
- Service suspensions for less than fourteen (14) days are not granted.
- Customers are further required to notify Spokane 311, the city’s centralized customer service center, of any changes in service needs.
- No credit will be issued for failure to notify the department of vacancies or changes in service needs. Consideration may be made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the director or their designee.
