Article III. Collection

Section 13.02.0308 Director Sets Routes

  1. Collection routes, dates and times, and type of service (semi-automated or automated) are set by the director, in the director’s discretion, based upon needs of the premises, area, reasonable business management practice and systemoperational needs.

  2. Further information on the date or location of collection service is available from the department. Customers are encouraged to contact the department of solid waste collection with any questions relating to departmental operations.
