Section 13.02.0326 Lids to be Kept on Containers
Customers are responsible to keep container lids tightly fitted on the container and the lids closed. Failure to maintain a container or automated cart lid in a closed or shut position encourages spreading of diseases, vermin and spilling or spreading of container contents. This applies to both City containers and other commercial recycling containers.
