Article III. Collection

Section 13.02.0356 Special Arrangements for Loads in Excess of Ten Tons
  1. In addition to container weight limits, customer must make advance application, in writing, for hauling needs in excess of ten tons net weight.
    1. Failure to do so will result in overweight commercial container surcharge as provided in SMC 13.02.0328(C).
