Section 13.02.0563 Waste Tires

Waste Tires are tires no longer suitable for their original intended purpose because of wear, damage, or defect.

  1. For waste tires, delivered to the Waste-to-Energy Facility, there shall be a charge of:

  1. Dedicated loads of waste tires will be accepted by appointment only.
  1. Acceptance of waste tires is subject to change without notice. The City of Spokane may modify, restrict, or cancel the acceptance of waste tires in accord with policy or market conditions.
