Section 13.02.0600 Repeal and Savings
The adoption of this chapter repeals the previously existing chapter 13.02 SMC, provided that any amendment, repeal, modification or revision of chapter 13.02 SMC shall not be construed to affect any existing right acquired under provisions amended, repealed, modified or revised, or acquired under any rules, regulations or orders issued or adopted pursuant to the authority of this chapter, or as affecting any proceedings instituted thereunder.
