Section 13.03A.1005 Violation of this Chapter
A violation of this chapter is the failure to take any action required by this chapter or order of the Plant Manager or taking of any action prohibited by this chapter or the Plant Manager. Violations include, but are not limited to, items expressly stated to be violations in a given section, failure to obtain permits, give notice, or submit reports as required, failure to properly sign and certify documents submitted as required, and failure to pay required fees.
