Chapter 13.04 Water

Article I. General Provisions

Section 13.04.1914 Contamination

 

No person may contaminate, pollute, alter, or endanger in any way, directly or indirectly, the water supply system of the City or permit others to do so. A contaminant is any substance introduced without specific authorization of the City.
