Section 16A.61.567 Prohibited Parking Practices
No person may park a vehicle with registration tabs improperly displayed upon any public street. Proper display of tabs is pursuant to WAC 308-96A-295, where tabs depicting the current registration expiration month and year must be displayed on the rear vehicle license plate in the area designated on the license plate.
