Chapter 17D.100 Historic Preservation

Section 17D.100.400 Enforcement; Violations; Penalty
  1. This chapter shall be enforced by the Historic Preservation Officer under the City’s civil infraction system, pursuant to chapter 01.05 SMC. The Historic Preservation Officer is the “code enforcement officer” as designated by SMC 01.05.020(B).
  1. A violation of SMC 17D.100.200-17D.100.230 is a civil infraction.
  1. Pursuant to SMC 01.02.950(A), the Historic Preservation Officer may refer violations or imminent violations of this chapter to the City Attorney for actions in Superior Court seeking declaratory or injunctive relief.
