Section 17E.050.230 Adoption by Reference
The City of Spokane adopts by reference the following rules for categorical exemptions, as supplemented in this chapter, to include SMC 17E.050.070 (Flexible thresholds), SMC 17E.050.080 (Use of exemptions), and SMC 17E.050.260 (Critical areas). See Appendix B for an example list of exempt and nonexempt activities.
