Section 17G.010.080 Stop Work Order
- The director may order suspended any work which is not being performed in strict compliance with the approval or applicable law and may require the applicant, his agent or surety, to take such action, including without limitation vacating the premises, erection of barricades and posting of guards, as may be warranted to avoid or eliminate undue hazard.
- Such an order is served on such persons and in such manner as is reasonable under the circumstances, it is at least posted at the site. As soon as practical such order is made in writing.
