Chapter 16A.05 Stopping, Standing, Parking, and Loading Regulations
Section 16A.05.060 Commercial Loading Zones
- No person shall stop, stand, or park a vehicle except an authorized commercial vehicle as defined in SMC 16A.04.100 or other noncommercial vehicles as authorized by the Parking Services Department during the hours indicated on the signs marking the zones.
- No person shall stop, stand, or park an authorized commercial vehicle as defined in SMC 16A.04.100 or other noncommercial vehicles as authorized by the Parking Services Department in a signed commercial loading zone for any purpose or length of time other than active and expeditious loading and unloading. In no case shall the stopping, standing, or parking exceed thirty (30) minutes.
