Section 07.05.400 Scope and Purpose of Article

This article, in supplementation of chapter 35.43 RCW and chapter 35.44 RCW, specifies the procedures for hearings held to form local improvement districts and to determine assessments. Matters not provided for in this article are determined by reference to the local improvement statutes and court decisions.
