Section 07.06.200 Cancellation of Invitations for Bids
An ITB may be canceled, or any and all bids may be rejected in whole or in part, when the Contracts and Purchasing Director determines that it is in the best interests of the City. The City Council also may reject any or all bids prior to formal award of the contract.
