Article III. Contracts and Their Execution

Section 07.06.262 Change Orders - Contract Amendments

 

  1. The Mayor may authorize, by change order or contract amendment, aggregate increases of up to ten percent (10%) of the total contract dollars per contract, not to exceed one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000), upon verification by the Chief Financial Officer or their designee that funds are available.
  1. Notwithstanding subsection (A) of this section, the City Council hereby directs and authorizes the Mayor to delegate approval/signature authority for change orders where a pre-approved administrative reserve has been established without individual approval of each change order by the City Council.
