Section 07.06.280 Public Announcement

  1. Requirements for Architect, Engineer, and Land Surveyor services are published in advance. The announcement states the general scope and nature of projects or works for which the services are required and the address of the City representative who can provide further details.

  2. Compliance with this section can be accomplished by publishing an announcement for professional services on each occasion when professional services are required.
